Position: Commercial AI Analyst Company: WinSolutions Corp. Work Setup: Remote Office Location: 12F Robinson’s Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig Salary Range: 40,000.00 – 45,000.00/month About The Role The Commercial & AI Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of our growth strategy by supporting the Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams with insight & data to help drive business decisions. This role will involve hands-on engagement with business data and the commercial agenda. The role will have responsibility for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership, and providing ad-hoc data support across departments globally. This role will also leverage advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, and support data-driven automation and decision-making across the business. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities · Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations · Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business · Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams · Act as lead analyst across various project teams · Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership · Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations · Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models · Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets · Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases · Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions · Evaluate and monitor performance of analytical and AI models · Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling · Contribute to responsible AI practices including governance and explainability · Identify opportunities to automate reporting and decision workflows · Other duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in an analytical role · Advanced Excel and Power BI skills · Experience with SQL and data structures · Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling · Familiarity with Python or similar tools · Experience working with large and complex datasets · Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (training, validation, monitoring) · Awareness of data governance, bias, and explainability principles · Strong communication and presentation skills · Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Role Differentiator This role goes beyond traditional reporting and analytics by applying advanced data science and AI techniques to proactively drive business performance and enable scalable, automated decision-making.
