Our Client is an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team. This is an important role within the business which requires meaningful previous experience in a credit control position. Key Responsibilities Uploading invoices to portals Assist with payment allocations and bank reconciliations Reconciling customer payments against statements Calculation of framework commissions receivable Ensure timely debt collection and maintain accurate reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with team members Resolve queries by liaising with the finance team and other departments The Successful Candidate Will Have Previous credit control experience is essential Experience within a construction or fire safety finance function is desirable AAT qualified or equivalent finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications Experience in using accounting software (our system is Netsuite) Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing Strong attention to detail Work Setup Remote Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed Must work from 6am to 3pm PHT Equipment will be provided by the company
