Key Responsibilities Performs accurate data entry validation, and control processes while applying analytical techniques to ensure data integrity \& support operational efficiency Review and label up to 1,000 images per day using specialized software tools Apply clear labels (such as “object present” or “object not present”) and add descriptive tags (like lighting conditions or image quality) based on detailed guidelines Ensure all labels are applied consistently and accurately across large sets of images Flag any unclear or confusing images for further review Work closely with AI engineers and prompt designers to ensure the labeled data meets their needs Help organize and prepare the labeled images for use in training and testing AI systems Required Skills \& Qualifications Must possess a bachelor’s degree of any field Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Report issues and collaborate with technical teams Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict labeling rules. Basic understanding of how AI systems use labeled data to learn from images. Ability to stay focused and accurate during repetitive tasks with minimum supervision Ability to maintain positive relationships with business unit stakeholders Willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives. Summary Of Tools \& Skills Image Labeling Tools (e.g., CVAT, Label Studio) - Software used to draw boxes, tags, or notes on images for training AI Vision-Language AI Awareness - Understanding how AI systems learn to connect images with text Basic AI and Image Recognition Concepts - Helps you understand how your work improves AI performance Prompt Engineering (Intro Level) - Knowing how written instructions (prompts) are used to guide AI behavior Data Organization \& Quality Checks - Ensuring labeled images are accurate, complete, and ready for AI training Preferred Knowledge (Bonus) Experience using image labeling tools such as CVAT, Label Studio, Roboflow, or similar platforms. Preferred but not required Training or certification in data labeling or AI is a plus. Awareness of AI systems that connect images and text, such as CLIP (Contrastive Language-Image Pretraining) or BLIP (Bootstrapped Language-Image Pretraining) Basic understanding of prompt engineering, the process of writing instructions that guide AI behavior Experience with organizing and checking the quality of large image datasets We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
