Job Description

Position: Partnership Manager (Nordics – IT & Cybersecurity) We are looking for an energetic Partnership Manager to help expand our cybersecurity consulting business across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities in the Nordic market. Identify and engage decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and IT Directors. Conduct B2B cold calling to prospective clients. Execute LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns. Build and maintain qualified lead databases. Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the senior consulting team. Maintain CRM records and regularly follow up with prospects. Develop relationships with MSPs, technology partners, and enterprise organizations. Work closely with the technical team to understand service offerings and client requirements. Performance KPIs (Monthly) The following KPIs are the expected monthly targets: Minimum 1,000 targeted prospects added to the database. 400+ personalized LinkedIn connection requests sent. 600+ personalized business emails sent. 1000+ outbound B2B cold calls completed. Generate 25 qualified sales meetings with decision-makers. Maintain CRM with accurate activity updates. Meet response and follow-up SLAs for all interested prospects. Meeting or exceeding these KPIs will be considered successful performance and ensures continued eligibility for the full fixed salary, along with applicable performance incentives. Requirements Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales or business development experience (mandatory). Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable speaking with C-level executives. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity is preferred. Product training will be provided. Compensation ₱25,000 per month (Fixed Salary) Uncapped incentives for qualified meetings and closed deals. Career growth in international cybersecurity consulting. Continuous training in cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise sales.
