We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth goals. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention. Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). 3\+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in digital marketing, advertising, technology, automotive, powersports, home services, or related industries. Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales prospecting techniques. Familiarity with marketing solutions, CRM automation, and business growth initiatives.
