Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator (Remote, Philippines) Location: Remote, Philippines Compensation $1,000-$1,500 USD/month, net (based on experience) Schedule Full-time, with significant daily overlap with US Central Time business hours About Summit 360 Summit 360 Solutions places AI-certified, remote Filipino professionals ("Pathfinders") with US-based small and mid-sized companies across recruiting, operations, and sales support functions. As a Pathfinder, you're a full-time member of the Summit 360 team, supported by our own HR, payroll, and coaching, while working day-to-day with a US client. About The Role We're hiring a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to support the top of the hiring funnel for a US-based health and human services client. This client hires on an ongoing basis for shift-based, front-line roles, so the work is fast-paced, high-volume, and candidate-communication heavy. You'll own everything from posting the requisition through delivering a screened, scheduled candidate. Interview decisions, offers, and onboarding stay with the client's own team, so your focus stays sharply on sourcing and screening quality. What You'll Do Manage job board postings and refreshes, and run outbound sourcing against written targeting criteria for each open requisition Screen incoming applications against documented, job-related criteria and log clear screening rationale in the applicant tracking system Schedule phone screens and interviews between candidates and the client's hiring team, and own candidate communication on scheduling and status Keep the applicant tracking system clean: accurate requisition data, correct candidate stage, consistent disposition coding, and no duplicate records Produce a weekly pipeline report covering applications received, time from application to first contact, candidates advanced by stage, and time-to-fill by requisition What We're Looking For Past experience recruiting or hiring for US-based companies or clients, ideally in high-volume, high-turnover environments such as healthcare, human services, or another shift-based sector Hands-on proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) Strong written English; you'll be the candidate's main point of contact through the screening process Comfort screening against defined, written criteria with documented rationale, rather than relying on independent judgment calls Reliable overlap with US Central Time business hours Why Summit 360 Fully remote, with a stable US-based client and a defined scope of work Backed by Summit 360's own HR, payroll, and coaching, not left to navigate a client relationship solo Clear, written screening criteria for every requisition, so you're set up to hit your numbers rather than guessing at fit To apply: https://summit360-ats.vercel.app/apply/xluyn (only applications submitted through this link will be reviewed) Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month Benefits Opportunities for promotion Work from home Experience: US hiring: 4 years (Required) US Sourcing: 4 years (Required) Boolean Search: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
