Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / HR Assistant to support senior management while assisting with core HR functions. This is a remote role ideal for someone based in the Philippines who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior management Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence if required. Handle email communication for the CEO and co-ordinate and remind him of appointments using WhatsApp Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Handle confidential information with discretion Communicate promptly on all matters with CEO primarily on WhatsApp or on mobile if the matter is urgent. HR Assistant Duties Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination) Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Help administer HR policies and procedures Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking Assist with employee engagement initiatives Manage disciplinary action as required under CEO instruction by issues written warnings, conducting employee interview and investigation calls and documentation of all employee interaction. Ensuring CEO is informed immediately on all HR related matters including all communication with any team member Qualifications \& Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Proficiency in using AI as a tool in assisting daily tasks to ensure work quality is of high quality Experience with HR systems or ATS is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote setup Reliable internet connection above 50 mbps and home office setup with a good PC / Laptop using Windows Preferred Skills Familiarity with Australian business practices (preferred but not required) Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Work Schedule Full-time role Must be willing to work Australian business hours (with flexibility as needed) What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Work-from-home flexibility Opportunity to grow within an international hospitality company Supportive and collaborative team environment Job Title: Executive Assistant / HR Assistant (Work from Home) Company: APX Hotels Apartments Australia Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Php38,000\.00 - Php40,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: In person
