Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with a 30-minute break Salary: $1,300 per month Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and lead tracking. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate contact databases, supporting daily sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize contact databases using HubSpot or similar CRM tools. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients. Prepare and update sales reports, trackers, and performance sheets in Excel. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and email communication. Assist with data entry, list building, and documentation related to sales activities. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely sharing of client information. Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency in sales processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a remote setting). Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
