Job Summary The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting consultative sales discussions, developing project proposals, and negotiating project scopes. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the Business Development Executive ensures effective communication, excellent service delivery, and long-term partnerships that support client success and company growth. Job Description Lead Generation and Prospecting Conduct activities that generate qualified leads who could become potential clients. Actively network by attending events or representing the organization in business groups or associations to build strategic relationships. Improve company materials (company profile decks, case studies, etc.) to support company introductions. Reach out to prospective contacts to schedule introductory meetings and present the company credentials to build credibility. Account Management and Consultative Sales Set regular business meetings with clients to understand their business model, strategies, and concerns. Understand and scope the client's research needs to create project proposals Manage project scope negotiations to ensure fairness for all parties involved. Act as the primary contact person for the client regarding their servicing needs, such as providing project updates and ensuring proper communication with the research teams. Build a long-term relationship with the client through excellent service delivery and by helping clients achieve their goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years of relevant work experience handling or selling solutions to large-scale businesses, enterprise accounts, corporate clients, or high-value business partnerships, with a proven ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships Experience in business development, marketing, consulting, market research, or advertising. Background in market research agencies, advertising agencies, consulting firms, or related industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Must currently reside within the National Capital Region (NCR).
