You will serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the initial stages of recruitment, helping create a positive candidate experience while ensuring hiring teams receive qualified applicants. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment, staffing, or talent advisory. Responsibilities Contact prospective candidates through outbound calls and candidate outreach campaigns. Conduct structured screening interviews to assess experience, skills, and job fit. Provide candidates with detailed information about available roles and hiring expectations. Recommend qualified applicants for advancement in the recruitment process. Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate profiles and activity records within the CRM and applicant tracking system. Build positive relationships with candidates while delivering an excellent recruitment experience. Meet daily recruitment, outreach, and interview scheduling targets. Support additional hiring initiatives and recruitment projects as assigned. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship management skills. Reliable computer, mobile phone, primary and backup internet connection, and dependable electricity. Ability to assess candidate qualifications through structured conversations. Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, human resources, sales, or consulting is preferred but not required.
