About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging digital learning experiences and support clients in maximizing the value of our training and virtual event platforms. This role combines instructional design, client support, project coordination, and multimedia content development to create impactful learning solutions. This position operates during Australian business hours. Key Responsibilities Learning Design \& Content Development Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences. Identify training requirements and conduct research to support learning objectives. Redesign and adapt client content to meet learning and business needs. Utilize multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and H5P to create engaging learning materials. Create graphics and visual assets or collaborate with graphic designers for complex design requirements. Support the development of innovative learning solutions for LMS and V-Unite platforms. Client Support \& Relationship Management Develop a strong understanding of our event management, virtual suite, and training software products. Assist clients in building, configuring, and enhancing their learning and event experiences. Troubleshoot setup issues and provide ongoing support during updates and implementation. Organize and facilitate client meetings to discuss project progress, training needs, and service opportunities. Proactively recommend platform features and services that align with client objectives and business requirements. Project Coordination \& Communication Communicate effectively with clients, animators, graphic designers, developers, and other stakeholders through email, Teams, WhatsApp, Help Scout, and virtual meetings. Create and present mood boards using branding elements, imagery, keywords, sketches, and content requirements. Participate in team meetings to discuss client projects, development updates, and operational priorities. Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams. Requirements Education \& Experience Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field. Previous experience in instructional design, e-learning development, training, or learning content creation is preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and H5P. Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools. Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, but equivalent tools are acceptable). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading SCORM/H5P content, learner tracking, and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge \& Competencies Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and senior instructional designers.
