About Alangkaar Alangkaar is a Singapore- and Malaysia-based wedding and events company offering wedding planning, decoration, photography, videography, bridal makeup, gowns, suits, wedding car rental, beauty services, henna, catering and event services. We are building a proper operating system for our growing team and need a specialist to own it. The Role You will design, build and maintain our internal systems in ClickUp so that every lead, client, quotation, event, payment follow-up, task and team responsibility is tracked and nothing is missed. This is a hands-on systems-building role, not just admin. You will build it to scale, then train our team to use it daily. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Philipiines. What you will build - A CRM / lead pipeline in ClickUp: New Lead, Follow-up, Quotation, Appointment, Confirmed Client, Event, Payment, Completed. - Reusable event-project templates (decoration, catering, photography, videography, makeup, logistics) with task checklists and deadlines. - Task boards for sales, coordination, admin, marketing, design, decoration, catering and operations. - Daily staff reporting templates and a management dashboard showing what is pending, completed, delayed or urgent. - Automated reminders and follow-ups for leads, quotations, payments, vendors and event deadlines (ClickUp automations, plus Make / Zapier / WhatsApp / email where useful). - SOP documents and team training so the system is simple enough to use every day. Requirements Proven, hands-on ClickUp experience building Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom statuses, custom fields, templates, dashboards and automations from scratch. Please include a link or screenshots of a ClickUp system you have built. - Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier) and CRM/PM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com, Airtable, Trello), plus Google Sheets/Forms or Typeform. - Ability to turn messy, fast-moving processes into clear, scalable workflows. - Able to train non-technical team members and write clear SOPs. - Strong English required. - Reliable laptop, stable internet and a suitable remote work environment. Nice to have - Experience with service businesses, events, agencies or operations-heavy/remote teams. How To Apply please include: 1\.
