Website Designer About the Position: Roya.com is currently seeking a Website Designer who will work at the direction of the management team to ensure Roya’s client websites, corporate branding, and our visual assets are setting the standard in today’s marketplace. The successful candidate will be passionate about great design and will show it in their actions, their attitude, and their execution. You must be personable, professional, reasonable, mature, and responsible. Requirements Experience working with the Adobe suite of products including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Understanding of HTML and CSS Examples of your work showing a fundamental understanding of basic design principles such as balance, layout, contrast, and color theory. Experience working in Content Management Systems (CMS). Extreme attention to detail is required. Able to work independently and also within a team. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. A strong technical aptitude. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of internal and external clients. Responsibilities Create branded assets for marketing clients by providing design materials to use for advertising for digital and print media. Assist in creating website design assets such as banners, logo updates, and overall site imagery Work closely with the Website Development team by offering content migration and page creation support Work in our proprietary Content Management System to build out website designs with the assets you create Design full page mock-ups to assist the Website Development team Commitment to deliver a high level of service excellence, fast cycle time, product expertise, aggressive follow-up in communication, and accurate results in deliverables Communicate with the internal marketing and client services team via ticketing system, phone, or other electronic medium.
