We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Cloud Operations Engineer to support enterprise cloud environments and deliver exceptional technical support across Microsoft technologies. Employment Type: Full-time | Night Shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 cloud operations and technical support. Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory environments. Support Windows 10/11 endpoints and device management. Handle escalations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Manage tickets and documentation using Jira or similar ITSM tools. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives. Must-Have Skills 3–5+ years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or Cloud Operations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server. Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint environments. Experience handling client-facing support, escalations, and SLA-driven environments. Technical Skills Azure & Microsoft 365: Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. Desktop Support: Windows 10/11, Intune, Endpoint Manager, troubleshooting. Server Administration: Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, Windows Server. Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing, wireless support. IT Operations: Jira Service Management, incident management, documentation. Automation: PowerShell, virtualization, infrastructure support. Nice-to-Have Skills Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Leadership, mentoring, and major escalation management experience (for L3 candidates). Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
