Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter (US Healthcare) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the US healthcare sector. You will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for clinical, allied health, and administrative roles, ensuring strict adherence to US employment standards and healthcare credentialing requirements. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top-tier talent across the US using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, specialized healthcare job boards, and proactive networking. Candidate Screening: Conduct rigorous phone and video interviews in English to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and specialized medical qualifications. US Compliance & Credentialing: Validate state/federal medical licenses (active/unencumbered), certifications, background checks, and drug screenings in line with industry regulations. Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with US-based hiring managers to define job requirements, calibrate talent pipelines, and build competitive compensation offers. Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, extend verbal and written job offers in USD, and oversee the initial onboarding transition. Required Qualifications Experience: 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused exclusively on the US market . Industry Focus: Proven track record in the US Healthcare sector (clinical staff, nursing, allied health, or healthcare administration). Language Proficiency: English fluency (C1 level) Pay: Php43,200.00 per month Work Location: Remote
