This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for Philippine-based remote professionals . Position: Zoho CRM Implementation Specialist / Zoho CRM Consultant Company: Hire Smart Solutions Inc. Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (PH Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Php 60,000 Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM based on client requirements. Design and implement workflow automations using Zoho tools, Deluge, and Make.com. Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks. Lead CRM implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights. Map business processes and recommend CRM best practices. Perform data migration, validation, and CRM setup. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing. Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
