Account Manager Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication, service, and satisfaction Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs, goals, and brand identity Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including content creation and publishing across websites and social media platforms Collaborate with internal teams—designers, writers, and developers—to deliver high-quality work on time and aligned with client expectations Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports and proactively suggest strategies for growth and improvement Anticipate client needs and provide strategic guidance to help them stay ahead of industry trends and maximize their online presence Lead client meetings, provide performance updates, and manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and ongoing success Other work related tasks and duties assigned.
