Location: Remote – Philippines (We need someone who is local to the Philippines only and does not require sponsorship now and in the future) Monthly Salary: 90,000 to 120,000 PHP This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m . Sydney, Australia Time (7 a.m to 3 p.m Philippine Standard Time). Overview: We’re looking for a Web \& Digital Project Manager to take ownership of website design, development, and content delivery. This role is critical in improving quality, reducing client revisions, and ensuring all work is client-ready before reaching our Client Success team — ultimately freeing up leadership time and supporting scale. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end website design and development projects Coordinate across design, content, and development teams Review and refine design and content quality before client delivery Operate and optimise AI tools and automations for web and content workflows Improve processes to reduce delays, rework, and client complaints Requirements 3\+ years in web/digital project management (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of UX/UI, web platforms (e.g. WordPress/Webflow) Ability to review and improve marketing content Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with or learning AI tools and automation workflows Success in this role: Higher quality website and content delivery Fewer client revisions and escalations Faster, more efficient project turnaround Reduced reliance on leadership for operational tasks Why this role matters: You’ll play a key role in helping us scale by improving delivery quality, streamlining workflows, and enabling our team to focus on higher-impact work.
