We are a US-based bookkeeping and CFO services firm specializing in the ABA therapy industry. Our clients range from early-stage businesses to multi-entity organizations, and we provide standardized accounting processes, financial reporting, and advisory support within a single niche. As the firm continues to grow, we are looking for a strong accounting professional who can grow beyond day-to-day bookkeeping and eventually support review and analysis functions. Key Responsibilities ● Learn and execute the firm's bookkeeping processes and workflows ● Review bookkeeping work prepared by other team members and identify unusual items or discrepancies ● Perform bank reconciliations, accrual entries, and month-end procedures ● Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required information and system access ● Communicate with clients regarding accounting questions and outstanding items ● Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across engagements ● Support analysis projects and other higher-level accounting initiatives ● Collaborate with partners and team members in a fully remote environment Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field ● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements ● Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, audit, or public accounting ● Experience using QuickBooks Online preferred ● Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis ● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ● Detail-oriented with strong professional judgment ● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes ● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php110,000 .00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): Notice Period: If selected, when can you start?
