The following tools and frameworks are essential. General familiarity or "willingness to learn" will not bypass these requirements: UI Libraries: Hands-on, production-proven deployment experience combining Refine Framework and Shadcn UI . Mobile Infrastructure: Cross-platform mobile application development and maintenance using Apache Cordova . Mobile Workflows: Practical knowledge of running, debugging, and managing iOS and Android build environments inside a Cordova CLI context. Modern Web Core: Active project experience using Next.js , React.js , TypeScript , and JavaScript . Foundations: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and complex, fluid responsive layout patterns. Position Overview We are seeking a highly specialized Front End Developer to join our team. This dedicated role focuses on accelerating the development of our next-generation platform while simultaneously maintaining and scaling our core cross-platform mobile ecosystem. You will translate high-fidelity UI/UX concepts into reusable components, integrate production APIs, and eliminate friction between our web and mobile deployments by coordinating seamlessly with Backend, QA, and Product teams. Primary Responsibilities Web Optimization: Build, optimize, and scale highly interactive frontend interfaces using Next.js, Refine, and Shadcn UI. Mobile Ecosystem Support: Maintain and support cross-platform mobile features using Cordova for iOS and Android deployment cycles. Clean Code Implementation: Write clean, structured, and modular code that adheres strictly to established architectural blueprints and performance budgets. API Integration: Connect backend microservices via REST APIs, prioritizing efficient data flow, error handling, and robust state management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align daily with Backend Engineers, QA, and Product Managers to hit aggressive sprint goals and delivery timelines. Nice-to-Have Skills (Negotiable) Advanced architectural customization of the Refine framework ecosystem. Familiarity with the application submission and publishing pipelines for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Robust comprehension of Git/GitHub branching models, continuous integration, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
