Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course with more than 5years of Real Estate Sales experience minimum of 3 years managerial experience with a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining must have a good understanding of the local real estate market Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsibilities Manages, sells and promotes inventories of all FLI projects Finds effective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients Establishes and manages a strong network locally and maintain sales quota. Ensures quality of accounts (requirements, documentation, etc.) Renders overall customer service Oversees all sales activities and monitors productivity and activation of Sales Managers and Sales consultants.
