OPEN TO FILIPINO CITIZENS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES Job Title: Real Estate Operations Virtual Assistant (Remote) Compensation Starting at USD $5 per hour Schedule Part-Time (20 Hours) or Full-Time (40 Hours) About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business. This role is ideal for someone with previous real estate experience who understands the buying and selling process and enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. What We're Looking For Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience supporting real estate agents or teams Familiarity with buyer and seller transactions and the real estate process Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable creating and documenting processes and SOPs Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Professional, dependable, and proactive Familiar with CRM systems and project management tools Key Responsibilities Executive \& Administrative Support Manage email inboxes and calendar schedules Coordinate appointments and follow-up activities Assist with communication between clients, vendors, and team members Support day-to-day business operations Real Estate Operations Support buyer and seller transactions throughout the process Maintain accurate records and ensure important tasks are completed on time Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions Assist with listing and transaction-related administrative tasks Systems \& Process Management Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency Support automation projects and operational systems Organize documents and business processes CRM \& Project Management Manage and update Follow Up Boss CRM Track leads, contacts, and communication history Ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed consistently Utilize ClickUp to organize projects and workflows Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a real estate business or team Strong understanding of buyer and seller transactions Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM is required Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is preferred Knowledge of systems, automations, and process documentation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Requirements Reliable computer or laptop Stable high-speed internet connection Quiet work environment Ability to work with partial or full overlap with U.S. business hours Job Type 100% work-from-home setup Full-Time If you have real estate experience, enjoy creating systems, and thrive in an organized and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
