Role Description\< /strong\ The Account Executive will manage client relationships, understand staffing needs, and ensure successful delivery of HR outsourcing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill staffing requirements. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, addressing issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to expand services or deepen partnerships. This is a contract role and is fully remote, requiring consistent virtual communication, accurate documentation, and proactive follow-up with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term partnerships. Experience in sales or account management, preferably within HR, recruitment, staffing, or professional services environments. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with clear spoken and written English and strong presentation skills. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple accounts, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting. Comfort with digital tools and CRM or account management software, plus proficiency in standard office applications and online collaboration platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
