Role Description You'll be our first dedicated video hire, working directly with the founder. Your work will live everywhere our product does: Product \& demo videos — informational videos and product demos for our landing page and presentations Social content — short-form videos for our social channels, from concept to final cut Podcast editing — editing long-form audio/video conversations into polished episodes and clips Channel management — owning the editing and visual consistency of our social presence This is a role with real ownership. You won't be executing someone else's storyboard — you'll be shaping what INTRIC's content engine becomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects Experience in Video Production, including storyboarding, filming, and visual storytelling Knowledge of Motion Graphics, Audio Editing, and Animation Familiarity with Social Media Content Trends and Digital Marketing principles Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Experience with scaling video production for global audiences is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred Apply through LinkedIn and include a link to your portfolio or a reel of your best work — this is required.
