We are looking for an experienced Medical Coder – Outpatient to join our team and support AI-assisted healthcare coding solutions. This role will review and validate AI-generated coding outputs and ensure accuracy and compliance with US coding and billing guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review and validate AI-generated CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes and claim data. Verify coding outputs against established coding, billing, and payer guidelines. Identify coding discrepancies, anomalies, and AI data extraction issues. Provide feedback to improve AI model accuracy and performance. Contribute to coding guidelines and AI-assisted workflow development. Stay updated on US coding, billing, and regulatory changes. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Clinical, Technical, and Product teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Active PH Registered Nurse Any active CPC, CPC - A , and COC Certifications Minimum 5 years healthcare experience, including at least 3 years in medical coding, chart review, auditing, or abstraction. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, medical terminology, and anatomy. Understanding of US Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers and claims processing. Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC), NLP, or AI-driven healthcare tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
