SmartScale Global is looking for a mid-level B2B Appointment Setter who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting is a MUST - Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers - Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) - Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills - Goal-oriented with a target of 2 qualified appointments per day Screening Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a two (2) voice recordings: - Client-provided script (currently in English only). - Self-introduction in Spanish The recording instructions will be sent to qualified applicants after we receive and review their resume.
