At least 2 years of demonstrated sales or customer service experience. A great sense of humor that drives resilience and confidence, enabling you to navigate challenges with grace and positivity. Excellent communication and customer service skills. You’re always responsive and proactive to internal and external client needs. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD: Serve as the frontline liaison, speaking with inbound leads, taking detailed notes and ensuring they are paired with the appropriate attorney. Manage, maintain and track prospective inbound leads and ensure a seamless journey through the pipeline. Meaningfully engage with clients, lawyers and prospects. Use a data-driven approach to track and analyze key metrics to gauge the success of the department. Proactively follow up with prospective clients and assist in guiding them through the onboarding process. Leverage creative problem-solving to think outside the box to ensure client satisfaction.
