As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Admin , you'll play a vital role in supporting the agency team by managing commercial property campaigns, maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation to client standards. Prepare and format submissions, sales and lease proposals, sales agreements, contracts, campaign reports, meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn tiles, and other documents. Prepare and update weekly departmental meeting minutes while maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. Create and send e-brochures, including formatting documents, inserting images, and attaching mailing groups through the client's CRM. Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including preparing marketing letters and managing targeted mailing lists. Maintain and update commercial property websites. Manage and maintain the client's CRM by: Setting up new properties, Updating client information, Managing property statuses, Recording campaign responses, Creating deals, and Ensuring key dates remain accurate Maintain internal document templates, electronic folders, and agency resource lists. Assist with fee forecasts and monthly pipeline tracking. Maintain and format CVs for the agency department. Provide additional administrative support to the commercial agency team as required. Requirements Minimum 9 months of Australian Commercial Real Estate Sales Administration or Property Management experience . Experience supporting commercial property portfolios, including contracts, leases, tenant liaison, compliance, marketing, and brochures. Experience using Campaign Track or similar marketing software. Familiarity with Australian commercial property portals, including: RealCommercial.com.au, CommercialRealEstate.com.au, DevelopmentReady.com.au, CommercialReady.com.au Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office. Available to start ASAP.
