• Your Responsibilities • Perform data entry of complex data into a proprietary system (drafting UK import and export customs declarations) • Access different UK port systems to link unique consignment & movement references • Understand the relationship between data elements • Reading and responding to emails • Occasional response to inbound calls • Maintain and update spreadsheets • Maintain and update standing data within the proprietary system • Your Background • 3-5 years in a role understanding data elements and data • Background in logistics or import/export is an advantage • Experience in WordPress is desirable • Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines • Excellent written and verbal English capability • Comfortable answering or making voice calls • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. • Disclaimer for salary ranges.
