Responsibilities Work weekdays from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. Support Personal Shoppers with daily tasks and client needs. Coordinate and execute biweekly email campaigns for top clients. Manage and update inventory for early‑access sale pages. Create and organize Special Order pages, collaborating with Personal Shoppers, Buyers, and vendors for product details and imagery. Assist with Affiliate Stylist support. Handle administrative duties including log updates, inventory tracking, reporting, presentations, sales recaps, and shipping label management. Partner with internal teams to source merchandise for client orders. Support personal shopping initiatives such as client gifting and loyalty programs. Act as liaison between departments to streamline processes, reporting, and communications for private shopping. Coordinate team updates on loyalty programs, special launches, and promotions. Contribute to process development and improvement for Preferred operations. Take ownership of special projects and serve as point of contact when Personal Shoppers are unavailable. What You Need to Succeed: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to meet deadlines. Strong multitasking, prioritization, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Capacity to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities under strict timelines. Minimum Qualifications: At least 1–2 years of luxury retail sales or customer‑facing experience. Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Excellent written communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar.
