You will have the opportunity to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries, helping our clients generate quality leads and achieve measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates. Set up and optimise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing campaigns. Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices. Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong communication skills. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation. Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of conversion tracking and reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Experience managing multiple client accounts is an advantage. Google Ads Certifications are a plus.
