We’re looking for a Scrum Master with strong project management and technical experience to lead our software development teams in delivering high-impact solutions. You will play a key role in leading ceremonies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects align with business goals. What You’ll Do Sprint Coordination – Organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to keep development cycles on track. Project Oversight – Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure on time project delivery Client Communication – Keep clients and stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project Technical Collaboration – Understand technical requirements, support backlog prioritization, and bridge communication between developers and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement – Promote adaptability, accountability, and learning across teams. Cross-Team Alignment – Coordinate across multiple teams to keep everyone in sync and moving toward shared goals Risk Management – Spot risks early and proactively remove blockers to keep progress steady Governance and Compliance – Ensure work follows company standards, including data privacy and security What You Bring At least 2+ years of experience Strong technical acumen in software development lifecycle, architecture, or coding practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional certification is a plus. Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps Proficient Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Word.
