Join the Top 1% workplace for Top 1% talent, where innovation, global exposure, and continuous professional growth come together. • Job Overview • Employment type: Full-time • Shift: Night Shift (9PM-6AM PHT), Weekends Off • Work setup: Temporary Work From Home, Makati • Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP70,000 • The Qualifications We Seek • 2-3 years of experience managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat , or similar platforms • Strong experience in campaign analytics , performance reporting, audience targeting, budget management, bid optimization, and data-driven improvements • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, AdTech solutions , campaign management systems, and performance measurement tools • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for campaign tracking, reporting, analysis, and dashboarding • Ability to interpret campaign data, generate actionable insights, and recommend strategies to improve performance • Agency, large-scale client account , or multi-channel campaign experience is highly preferred • Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous optimization and measurable outcomes • Your Daily Tasks • Manage, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including audience targeting, campaign setup, budget allocation, pacing, and performance optimization • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations supported by mid-campaign, post-campaign, and ongoing performance reports • Collaborate with internal teams on media planning, campaign execution, strategic recommendations, and process improvements that enhance campaign efficiency, accuracy, and delivery • Monitor key performance indicators, budget utilization, and potential delivery issues while testing and providing feedback on campaign management and reporting platforms • Participate in training initiatives, cross-functional projects, and team development activities, while providing guidance and support to junior campaign specialists and media buyers • Exciting Perks Await! • Day 1 HMO coverage with free dependent • Competitive Salary Package • Night differential pay to maximize your earnings • Temporary WFH arrangement • Prime office location in Makati (Easy access to MRT stations, restaurants, and banks) • Fixed weekends off • Fully customized Emapta laptop with peripherals • Salary Advance Program through our banking partner (Eligibility and approval subject to bank assessment.
