(Civil Engineer) About The Role Our client, ASDEC Builders Corp. , is looking for a motivated Equipment Specialist to oversee the performance, utilization, and maintenance of heavy construction equipment used across project sites. This is an excellent opportunity for Civil Engineering graduates who are interested in construction equipment, fleet operations, and site productivity. Successful candidates will be assigned to active construction project sites and will work closely with project engineers, operators, mechanics, and site management. Key Responsibilities Monitor the daily utilization and productivity of heavy equipment on project sites. Track equipment operating hours, diesel consumption, and fuel efficiency. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with mechanics and project teams. Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and recommend improvements to maximize equipment efficiency. Ensure equipment documentation and reports are complete and up to date. Coordinate with site engineers, operators, supervisors, and mechanics regarding equipment deployment and availability. Support inventory monitoring of equipment parts, lubricants, and maintenance requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in construction, equipment management, fleet operations, or site engineering is an advantage but not required. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Willing to be assigned to construction project sites, including remote project locations, and travel as required.
