Job Description QA/QC Revit models against the latest issued Architectural, Structural, MEPFS and other applicable design drawings. Check model geometry, dimensions, levels, grids, elevations, service routing, equipment locations,completeness and discipline accuracy. Correct/update Revit models where modeling errors, omissions or inconsistencies are identified, strictly based on the latest issued design information. Identify missing/conflicting/unclear design information and prepare clarification/RFI items; do not independently redesign engineering works. Take over and manage Navisworks coordination files, model federation, Clash Detective tests, grouping, statuses and saved viewpoints. Perform and manage multi-discipline clash detection, including service penetrations through walls, slabs, beams and other relevant elements. Prepare, update and control clash reports, narratives, coordination summaries and supporting viewpoints/snapshots. Maintain consistency between Revit/IFC/NWD models, clash results, reports and the project Clash Log; flag discrepancies before submission. Coordinate directly with the VP - Operations on QA findings, required corrections, priority packages and submission readiness. QUALIFICATION: Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, including Clash Detective. Able to read/cross-check Architectural, Structural and MEPFS design/construction drawings. Hands-on BIM coordination, model QA/QC, Revit model correction and IFC/NWD workflow experience. Able to independently identify modeling errors, omissions, clashes and design-information gaps. Capable of preparing clear clash reports, narratives, viewpoints and coordination documentation. Detail-oriented; able to work independently on an hourly/part-time basis based on project needs. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Revit/BIM modeling and coordination, with proven Navisworks Manage clash-detection experience. Must be capable of checking and correcting Revit models against design drawings. Prior BIM Coordinator/Checker experience preferred. Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
