About Us Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s business development needs, and carry out specific recruitment activities to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks. Conduct in-depth position analysis, drive recruitment progress, including but not limited to organizing and implementing specific recruitment matters: talent resume screening, recommendations, recruitment effectiveness evaluation, and process optimization. Support other HR-related projects and tasks based on company development needs, report HR-related situations and issues to superiors in a timely manner, and provide improvement suggestions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Over 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in the E-commerce industry; familiar with various recruitment channels, recruitment processes, proficient in various interview methods and communication skills. Understanding of local labor laws and company policies. Proficiency in English and local language as working languages, with fluency in Mandarin preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive with good teamwork awareness and strong logical reasoning.
