As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions. Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues promptly. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Has at least 3 years background in logistics and sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good problem-solving and organizational abilities Willingness to work 6 days a week Flexible to work according to the US holiday schedule Why Join Us: Comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
