Key Responsibilities • Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for website landing pages using Figma. • Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates. • Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines. • Design presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral. • Understand the target audience and marketing strategy, tailoring designs accordingly. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategies. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in design. • Design and produce advertising materials for digital and print platforms. • Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels. Requirements • Portfolio or samples demonstrating previous graphic design work. • Proficiency in Figma for online design mock-ups. • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom). • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience. • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly Regarded Skills and Experience • Experience in digital photography and website design. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus. • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
