Join Ignite Purpose People We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can combine strong design skills with digital marketing expertise. If you're passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns, engaging content, and compelling visuals, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design marketing materials, including: Product packaging Brochures Flyers Social media graphics Digital advertisements Marketing collateral Create and manage content for social media platforms, including: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn (preferred) Plan, schedule, and publish social media content. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers. Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and marketing strategies. Assist in updating website graphics and digital assets as required. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and engagement. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and design innovations. Qualifications Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing work. Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual design principles. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
