Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters. - We are looking for a skilled Jr. IT Specialist who has professional experience and strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows OS, and other relevant software. The person will provide general IT and desktop support, system access and application support, as well as asset and endpoint management. What you'll be doing: - General IT and Desktop Support - Provide support to employees across all locations via helpdesk, email, and chat. - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues across all Mac \& Windows-based computers, mobile devices, and other technology products/applications used. - Diagnose and provide basic network and VPN support. - System Access and Application Support - Create and/or maintain user access, accounts, passwords, data integrity, and security across various systems and applications. - Ensure that leaving employees are offboarded from all systems and applications in a timely manner. - Conduct audits of applications to verify that access controls are correctly implemented. - Asset and Endpoint Management - Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company. - Work with third-party vendors to repair hardware issues. - Support endpoint security standards (2FA, antivirus, firewall, etc.). - Facilitate Onboarding and Offboarding - Ensure that accesses and accounts are all created before the target onboarding date. - Facilitate onboarding calls with the new employees and ensure proper access and security guidelines are being followed. - Handles account deactivation for the offboarding users in a timely manner and ensures data is securely suspended. - Communicate with the proper people about the offboarding activity. - Take the lead on the IT Project Task - Take ownership of the IT project-related tasks. - Identify infrastructure solutions to enhance the existing setup and ultimately improve the organization. - Expertise in delivering IT suggestions and improvements to the existing technologies that benefit the entire organization. Qualifications and Requirements: - 2-3 years of professional experience in Information Technology. - Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems and other relevant software. - Expertise in managing Cloud applications. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals and support experience (connectivity, VPN, printing, etc.). - Familiar with common access/authentication systems and tools (e.g. Okta, Oauth, Azure AD). - Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office, and other commonly used tools. - Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the desire to stay up to date on the latest technology. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Pay: Php45,000\.00 - Php50,000\.00 per month Benefits - Company events - Opportunities for promotion - Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): - How many years of experience do you have troubleshooting Mac OS? - How many years of experience do you have managing Cloud Applications? - Are you familiar with common access/authentication systems and tools (e.g., Okta, Oauth, Azure AD) - Which of the following describes your knowledge and experience with networking fundamentals? - How many years of Remote Troubleshooting do you have? - How many years of experience do you have supporting US or international clients? - How many years of experience do you have with MDM (Intune and Kandji)? - What is your expected salary? - Are you amenable to work on a graveyard schedule? - Work Location: Remote
