Key Responsibilities • Monitor all return-initiated cases and manage the full claims lifecycle from start to finish • Process returns, handle lost or damaged package claims, and maximize fund recovery • Prepare and submit claims with complete supporting documentation, escalating denied cases • Pull weekly and monthly reports showing reclaimed amounts and recovery progress • Migrate and optimize product listings from existing marketplace stores onto new channels, manually or using multi-channel listing tools • Make sure listing compliance and quality across all platforms • Assist with broader e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring • Research new sales opportunities on emerging marketplace platforms, including profitable items, trends, and listing strategies • Deliver actionable research findings on a weekly basis • Support the business owner with additional administrative needs as required • Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience with marketplace seller platforms, especially returns, claims, and reporting • Experience creating and optimizing product listings on online marketplaces • Familiarity with multi-channel selling and listing tools • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets/Excel • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability • Ability to learn new platforms quickly • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently • Preferred Skills: • Experience with multi-channel listing software (e.g., Sellbrite or similar) • Background in reselling or social commerce marketplace platforms • Experience with product sourcing research and identifying high-margin resale opportunities • Track record of successfully recovering marketplace reimbursements • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest strategies for business growth • Why Join Us: • This role offers real ownership, measurable impact, and performance-based bonus incentives tied directly to your results.
