Understanding the language and mindset of the target customer is critical. 4. AI Philosophy We intentionally want limited AI usage in this role. We’re looking for someone whose creative ability comes from experience, observation, research, and judgment, not from prompting AI. You may use AI when you’ve developed an agentic workflow, automation, or custom skill that genuinely improves your process or produces a better-quality outcome. AI should amplify your expertise, not replace it. 5. Multi-Region Creative Adaptation You should understand that effective localization is about more than translation. You should be able to adapt: Language Tone Cultural references Customer pain points Desires Humor Expressions Buying motivations Product positioning Strong familiarity with U.S. culture and consumer language is important. 6.
