Junior Visual Designer (Events Industry) We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to impactful event experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in visual design, UI design, or as a graphic artist. Proven ability to create designs that communicate product function and brand identity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Knowledge of SketchUp applications (preferred). Strong grasp of design principles: typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent communication skills (verbal and visual) for presenting concepts to clients and teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with event marketing trends, strategies, and technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Understanding of business objectives and how design supports them. Experience with digital platforms and their design requirements. High attention to detail and quality. Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork. Proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth.
