Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online channels. Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette. Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests at once. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and respectful in challenging situations. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in service, trades, or home services industries is a plus.
