Overview: Zsolt Granite Corporation is seeking a new team member to support our sales department and help create an excellent experience for our customers. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have a background in the countertop industry, interior design, construction, or kitchen and bath sales, with at least 2+ years of experience with estimating. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate take-offs, estimates, and job quotes. Review project plans and documentation to determine scopes of work and material needs. Monitor online bidding platforms to identify potential commercial and multi-family projects. Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and subcontractors to gather necessary estimating information. Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, and change orders. Maintain and update databases of leads, clients, and ongoing projects. Conduct follow-up communication with clients to address questions or concerns. Continue updating job knowledge through training and educational opportunities. Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of tasks and exploring opportunities to add value. Skills & Qualifications Estimating experience is required Experience using Countergo preferred Knowledge of countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble), construction, or interior design is a must Verbal and written communication skills Dependability and strong attention to detail Administrative and organizational skills Proficiency with 2020 Design software is a plus Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction estimating or a related field Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and materials Demonstrated ability to produce accurate cost estimates for projects of varying sizes and complexities Ability to read blueprints, specifications, finish schedules, and unit matrices Experience with multi-family project estimating Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proven ownership of daily responsibilities Own Laptop/PC required Must have a reliable internet connection Fluent English (daily communication with U.S.-based customers) Pay: USD750 - USD1,000 per month Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time | Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote THIS POSITION IS A SUB-CONTRACTOR POSITION SALARY LISTED IS PRE-TAX - YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY YOUR TAXES Job Type: Full-time Benefits Work from home Language: English (Required) Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you use iPhone or other Apple devices (such as a Mac or iPad)?
