We’re looking for a writer-first Creative Strategist to own end-to-end ad creative for agency clients serving Filipino and Fil-Am audiences. You’ll lead campaign ideation, write copy and scripts, design static ads in Canva, and collaborate with editors and designers to deliver high-performing creative. This is an individual contributor role based in the Philippines (PHT daytime hours) with a U.S.-based client-facing team. What You’ll Do Lead ideation \& briefs: Drive campaign concepts, propose new ideas at kickoff/seasonal moments, and deliver weekly creative variants. Write compelling copy: Hooks, headlines, CTAs, captions, and 45–60s video scripts. Design in Canva: Create static ads and simple motion assets; maintain organized files and version control. Review \& direct: Provide feedback to editors/designers, ensuring first frames and variants are scroll-stopping and on-brand. Test \& optimize: Partner with media buyers to plan and launch creative tests, iterate weekly, and make decisions based on results. Analyze data: Pull and interpret Ads Manager metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CPM, CPA) to inform creative strategy. Report findings: Share weekly creative learnings for each client every Friday (PHT), outlining what to keep, kill, or iterate on. Manage accounts: Start with 3–5 accounts and grow to 5\+ based on performance. Must-Haves 3–5 years of experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative role. Exceptional writing skills (non-negotiable). Meta Ads literacy: understands creative testing and can navigate Ads Manager (media buyer manages budgets). Proficiency in Canva (required); comfortable giving notes on video edits. Fluent in English (primary) and Tagalog . Organized, analytical, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.
