We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager / Senior Technical Team Leader with a strong background in technical team leadership and people management . KEY REQUIREMENT 3+ years of experience directly managing a technical team is required. This role combines people leadership, systems management, automation, and technical decision-making . About The Role You will lead a remote technical team and oversee the systems, automation, integrations, and technology processes that support our growing business. Team Leadership Manage developers, automation specialists and technical support staff Delegate work and manage priorities Coach and develop team members Monitor performance and accountability Set clear expectations and address issues proactively Systems & Technology Manage business-critical systems and platforms Oversee Airtable, dashboards, integrations, internal tools, access and permissions Ensure systems are reliable, secure, documented and scalable Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities for automation Build and improve no-code/low-code solutions Simplify workflows and improve efficiency Technical Leadership Review and guide technical solutions Work with developers and technical specialists Understand databases, APIs, integrations and system dependencies Maintain technical documentation and processes REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ✅ 3+ years managing a technical team ✅ Team performance and people management ✅ Delegation, coaching and mentoring ✅ Project and delivery management ✅ Remote/distributed team leadership ✅ Strong English communication ✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills ✅ Able to work independently and take ownership TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Hands-on experience with: Airtable n8n, Zapier, Make or similar automation tools Databases and APIs System integrations Supabase or similar backend platforms Business systems and workflows User access and permissions NICE TO HAVE ⭐ Startup, agency or fast-growing company experience ⭐ International remote team management ⭐ Process Street or similar workflow tools ⭐ AI tools for business process improvement ⭐ Experience building scalable business systems WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a seasoned technical people leader who can manage both people and technology .
