Job Summary We are building a talent pool of experienced SEO Specialists who can develop and execute strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and overall online performance. Candidates should have strong hands-on SEO experience and the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search market research. Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization across websites and digital content. Monitor organic rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key SEO performance metrics. Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and implement or recommend improvements. Develop and optimize website content based on search intent, keywords, and SEO best practices. Manage link-building and off-page SEO initiatives when applicable. Use SEO and analytics tools to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Prepare SEO reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in SEO or a related role, with hands-on experience managing SEO projects or websites. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO. Experience with SEO, analytics, keyword research, and website performance tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret SEO data. Must be able to provide a portfolio, SEO case studies, website examples, reports, or other relevant work samples demonstrating previous SEO projects and results. Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, website structure, and content optimization. Excellent communication and project management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO projects and performance. Note: This position is for talent pooling purposes .
