Job Title: Automation Engineer About Invigor Medical Invigor Medical is a leading national telehealth company dedicated to making healthcare more convenient and accessible. We create educational and engaging content that helps people make informed decisions about their health and wellness. We specialize in weight management, hormone therapy, sexual health, and peptide medications. The Role We are looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and support the workflows that keep our telehealth operations running smoothly. In this role, you will take requests from our team, map out business requirements, and build reliable automations. You will also look for opportunities to integrate AI platforms to make our internal operations more efficient. What You’ll Do · Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, design logic, and deploy new workflow automations. · Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing automations, responding promptly to staff inquiries via Slack and other channels. · Integrate AI tools and systems to streamline internal business operations and improve productivity. · Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all new and existing automated workflows. · Maintain strict security standards and data privacy protocols across all integrations. The Tech Stack You will be working with a variety of tools to connect our business operations. Experience with the following is highly desired: · Automation \& AI: n8n, Zapier, Zoho Flow, Claude, ChatGPT · Web Platforms: WordPress, WooCommerce, API’s, JSON · Business Systems: Zoho CRM, Google Workspace · Communications \& Telecom: Slack, Dialpad, Twilio What We’re Looking For · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. · Proven ability to write clear technical documentation and map out complex systems. · Solid technical proficiency in a Windows environment. · A practical, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail. Bonus Points · Previous experience working in healthcare technology. · Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and securing protected health information (PHI).
