Healthcare Recruiter & Workforce Retention Coordinator Location: Remote – Philippines | Dominican Republic | Jamaica Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US EST About The Role We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter & Workforce Retention Coordinator to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals for a growing home-care organization. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through onboarding, ready-to-work status, placement, and retention . The ideal candidate has strong healthcare recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Aides, LPNs , and other healthcare professionals. Conduct applicant screening, phone/video interviews, and candidate assessments. Evaluate experience, credentials, availability, transportation, and shift preferences. Coordinate background checks, credential verification, CPR/First Aid, and onboarding requirements. Maintain a pipeline of 8–12 fully cleared, ready-to-work caregivers . Coordinate with scheduling and business development teams to support staffing requirements. Conduct caregiver check-ins at Day 1, 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 to support retention. Re-engage qualified candidates and support employee referral programs. Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare recruiting and retention reports. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare, caregiver, nursing, or high-volume recruitment . Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and re-engaging candidates. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Experience using ATS and job boards . Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and Zoom. Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets. US healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with caregiver credentialing and Virginia healthcare regulations is a strong advantage. Willing to work US EST hours . What We Offer Fully remote work arrangement.
